3R Reinitiated for 2017

The school recently reopened the 3R program - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, which aimed to inculcate students on awareness of protecting the environment and for the long term sustainable use of resources.

A total of 63 students from Year 4 to Year 6 have registered for the program of recycling papers and tins. They now may start to accumulate paper and tins during the school holiday until they are required to bring them on 17 June, 4 September and 18 November 2017.

The students who are willing to accumulate papers and tins will get rewards in return for their deeds throughout the year 2017 based on the achievement of targeting specific weights for both categories. The highest accumulation following both categories will get special rewards at the end of November.

The weights themselves will become the points the students will get which can be viewed online from the school's blog by simply clicking here: http://srtungku.blogspot.com/p/blog-page_24.html

The students will have direct access to see their progress and marks.
