A continuation from the previous first meeting on School Leadership Program (SLP) held on Tuesday, 20 July 2010 in the conference room at the school, teachers were assigned to carry out tasks on the school's first planned project based on the RASI system. Each letter stood for; R - Response, A - Approval, S - Supporter and I - Informer.
Facilitators conducting the program were Cikgu Suhaili bin Haji Jaafar, Cikgu Hamdiah binti Haji Amat and Cikgu Roseadah binti Jumat, all were teachers from the school itself who attended the program previously held in Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
Appointed teachers would be carrying out specific tasks given to them under the SLP project. The school's first planned project was to improve the ability to write, read and communicate (both speaking and listening) in English among students as these were the problems continuously being observed currently based on the achievements performed by the pupils.
Those assigned with R were people who were totally in charge of the given tasks, for them to lead their team for the success of the project. The S and I teams would be working together with R team by giving and adding ideas and information related to the project and respective tasks. The A team would just needed to approve any paperwork and ideas to be proceeded. All teams, holistically, would then be working as one whole team finally.
After long hours of meeting and discussion on the school's SLP project, some leadership games were conducted by the facilitators aiming to see how a team should work in teamwork where communication and planning were the crucial parts raised in the feedback session by teachers.
